β β β β β Worst customer experience ever. Literally been lying to us for the last 6 weeks. Told us several times our money had been transferred back after our bench broke after 2 months. Customer service rather replies to google reviews than to emails. Plain and simple: fraud!

β β β β β I ordered a table and 4 chairs on the 16th of September. So far I have received several emails communicating a delay. My delivery was supposed to arrive tomorrow but, after contacting them myself, they inform me that the delivery is again postponed to 'somewhere in December'. I have been living in an appartment without a table for 2 months now and for the moment, I am just hoping that I'll be able to eat at a table anytime this year.
Very unsatisfied with their service.

β β β β β Does not even worth a star. I recieved the product in poor poor quality, absoltely different from the picture on the website. I requested for a return on the very day I received and checked the product and quickly returned it to them but I have not heard from then ever since they got the product back and my money is not refunded. Worst one ever!

β β β β β There is something fundamental wrong with this company. They simply have no shame in wasting customer's time. We had 2 weeks delivery time. Got a lame covid-delay excuse asking for one more week delay. On delivery date nobody showed up and we called the customer service, we were told that ah yes, we forgot to inform you that your order is delayed again for another two weeks. This rodeo repeated 4 times and at last we were told to get our money back and forget about the order! You should have no shame to be the owner of this company and it should be very miserable to be the employee of this company to disappoint customers again and again. I blame myself for not reading these clear reviews before ordering, lesson learned!
