★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hadden twee banken gehuurd voor een korte periode wegens verlate levering van onze bank. Ik had gevraagd om banken die wel wat kunnen hebben wegens onze 2 katten. De service was heel goed. De communicatie verliep prettig en snel. Mijn vragen en specifieke verzoeken werden naar zeer tevredenheid beantwoord en ingewilligd. De afwikkeling van de order is met uitstekende service verzorgd. Een aanrader! Dit is zeer zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, echter hoop ik niet dat het noodzakelijk hoeft te zijn.
 We had rented two sofas for a short period of time due to late delivery of our sofa. I had asked for benches that can have something because of our 2 cats. The service was very good. Communication was pleasant and fast. My questions and specific requests were answered and met to the utmost satisfaction. The settlement of the order is provided with excellent service. Recommended! This is certainly worth repeating, but I hope it doesn't have to be necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many years working abroad in hotel business we returned from Australia to our unfurnished home in the Netherlands. As the furniture shipment was planned to take 7-9 weeks, we rented furniture through Key pro.
All was delivered a day prior to our return.
When we arrived we were impressed how tasteful all looked and also how comfortable all furniture was (bed, lounge chairs, dining table) and kitchen equipment with all things needed.
We could quickly jump in the bed which was already made up...as one says in Dutch..."we kwamen in een opgemaakt bed"
Also Key pro surprised us with adding some tasteful touches beyond to what we had rented, such as a tray with candles, some sculptures, book all to give it a good residential feel.
The 2 months with the interior of Key pro has been great and we felt fully at home in our home without our own furniture.
The contact with team members of Key pro has also been exceptional; both from office side as well as team who came to collect all.
As our shipment was delayed a few times Key pro was also at all times flexible to change earlier agreed pick up dates.
I can highly recommend Key pro to anybody who has similar needs and I am sure one will be as satisfied as we were.

Everything was arranged from South Africa and when we got here in Netherlands KeyPro met us at the house on time and set everything up for us. We never lifted a finger, they carried everything to where it needed to be and even packed out the kitchen. Really great service.

The guys arrived on time, were very friendly, unpacked everything and made it all look great. In addition to the expected pieces, there's also a rubbish bin, scissors, pot and pans, cutlery and all kind of other really useful stuff.
It makes us feel at home while we're waiting for our own things to arrive from Australia.
