It is a simple garbage place.
Very bad, bad service and rude customer service.
The rooms are not as the photos which they shows on the website.
simple scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic but clean, room was warm, I was in room 2 next to the kitchen ( basically a domestic kitchen) which is free for guests to use at anytime) not soundproofed, but to compensate the room has its own doors to the garden and smoking area.
Breakfast was induced (its all in the fridge).
For you smokers there is a nice coffeeshop called High Times about a 15-20 minute walk from the Hotel.
There are some shops and restaurants nearby and more if you take a bus, heading to Eindhoven Station (Just across the road) and you will see some shops and restaurants, Sorry did not make a note of the stop but its not far, you can walk it from the hotel (30-40 minutes).
Taxis to and from the airport are very expensive, and there is no Uber in eindhoven.
From the airport you can take a bus 401 to Eindhoven Station and then a No.17 is probably the best.

The room is very cleaned. With bathroom included.
Very quiet space, clean and friendly people.
When I read the reviews I was worried because I had already booked and paid through VISA.
But I have nothing to point out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POSITIVE: very clean; nice joined kitchen with free coffee and tea; nice backyard garden; easy going comunication with hosts.
NEGATIVE: we didn't have hot water and heating 3 out of 4 evenings (in March); the walls are very thin and we could hear guests in other rooms as well traffic outside; groundfloor rooms are in the same level as street/garden with huge windows which doesn't provide any privacy.
