Office manager mvr Fleur heestermans van Walther vastgoed beheer die zich zelf hier een 5 ster review heeft gegeven is niet wat zij verdient. Helaas is mijn vertrouwen als potentiele client in Walther vastgoed beheer compleet verdwenen. Niet zo zeer in hun organisatie, maar meer in hun personeel en managment. Hopelijk wordt de manier van werken met clienten in de toekomst verbeterd. M.v.g.

Walther Vastgoedbeheer kan ik zeker aanraden als u een fijne leuke woning zoekt. Een super leuk team van mensen staat voor u klaar vriendelijk en goed informerend!!

Watch out for the scams dont give them your personal information

Hi, just for any one who are from Philips or ASML. Me and my family had a very bad and sad experience with this agency. They made us sign a contract very fast and made us pay double as normal ( so called commission) . They knew we dont know the law and she kind of pushed us to sign other wise we could never find a house. But after asking and got information from expats agency we some how got our money back. Thanks God we found Holland Housing agency and they were very flexible and we got for the half of the price without paying commission cost. my advice if u need a house of apartment u can contact Holland Housing and never with Mss. Fleur.H

I started with another agency, but several months after, the apartment was sold, so I was transferred to this agency. Everything went quite well until I asked for my deposit a month after I moved out. In the first place, I asked for it asap, as I moved from furnished apartment to unfurnished one, so I needed some furniture +new deposit +rent, etc. My financial situation at the moment was quite tight. I told so to Fleur and hoped for some understanding and normal human attitude. Apparently, I should not have done this, as she let me down very hard. I had to borrow from friends and relatives several times waiting for the deposit. After 3 weeks I wrote a message with request to give me my(!) money back, as check-out report was signed already long time ago. Result: silence. A week after, being in business trip in Taiwan (7 hours difference), I had to call to the agency about 5 times before I could talk to someone about the issue. Then I got following: "I called the previous agency and they should contact the landlord to bring some clarity to the situation, as the apartment was not clean enough." They had a solid month for this, but, for some reason, it needs to be done just when I have only two days to pay rent for my new apartment without getting monetary penalty. In fact, I left apartment in better state, than it was. Me and my girlfriend spent two weeks preparing apartment for checkout. This is insulting and ridiculous. Anyway, in the end, I was told, that I will be updated on the issue this day. A day after - nothing. Another day after - nothing. I still do not have my deposit and I am not sure I can get it anytime soon. I will go as far as it gets, if needed, and I will take any necessary legal actions. I'll spent as much money on this as will be necessary, but I will get my money back from them. This is principle. Do not repeat my mistakes. Document everything, take witnesses with you and, of course, read google reviews =) P.S.: At first, I was thinking about placing ~2-3 stars (as during the rental period the communication was quite OK), but as there is the 5 stars review from Fleur H. (who is working in the agency), I had to do 1 to bring some balance.

Miss Fleur was really nice and informative for the whole dealing, able and willing to anwer even more specific questions other companies might try to avoid.
