★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO THERE - THEY ARE RUDE SCAM ARTISTS. I do not place 1 star reviews very often, if ever. I went there the first time, it was ok, the eyelash stylist doesn't speak English or Dutch, and although I told his Dutch-speaking colleague I wanted natural eyelashes, he still gave me overly full ones. I was ok with it, and I had already pre-paid for refills, so I went back to get them. When I was there the time before, they told me about their repeat customer program and gave me a card to keep. They never indicated to me that there was another card that I needed to show as proof that I pre-paid for the refills. When I went back for my refill appointment, they told me they would not do it without my card. Not only did they steal my money, they were incredibly rude about it. Do not support this business. I will be going to the ConsumentenBond with a claim against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I would never go back. The lady who was doing my pedicure was watching a football game loud, a relaxing pedicure experience was not what i felt. She was impatient, rudely bickering at me to relax my toes. She had long sharp nails and kept poking me while she was scrubbing my feet. The service was completely rushed.
I was not satisfied with the outcome of the foot scrub, pedicure and the manicure.
Waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind and friendly staff, place is spacious, looks quite good. Communication in English was a bit difficult though, so I couldn't easily tell them what I want (or not want)... I got pedicure, end up having some ouch and oops, blood and flesh...not too serious luckily. So one advice I would give to the shop: please be more gentle with people's fingers and toes! They have a huge range of color selection with many beautiful colors, and I absolutely love the one I chose. so think I'll go again, for manicure next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst shellac I have ever had. The service was fine - but 3 days later my nails are completely chipped. They filed my previous shellac off way to close to the nail that they're now really weak and the colour they used honestly just looked like I had painted it myself - lots of spots where the polish had lines through it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got gelnails with extensions done here. The result is really pretty but the nailstylist was quite rude and I felt she rushed the experience. The attendant was nicer to me and told me to relax and enjoy the experience. I tried my best! Either way I've tried different places and I've come back to here. Dependent on who you get you'll have a nice experience. I've had an amiable older lady give me a mani/pedi.
