★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meerdere behandelingen cadeau gekregen van fam omdat ze zulke goede recensies hebben. 7.30 uur vertrokken van huis om daar om 9.30 uur te zijn. Kom ik daar aan is degene die de behandelingen zou geven ziek. Ze zouden hebben gebeld om 8.15 uur. Ik had hier naar toe geleefd en ging er met goede moed naar toe. Helaas met een teleurstelling weer naar huis gegaan. Ik hoop dat ze hun recensies waard zijn en dat ze mij tegemoet willen komen in reiskosten en parkeerkosten van 3.5 uur die ik al betaald had vooraf.
Het vreemde was toen ik weer thuis was en zag dat ze het geld al terug hadden gestort van de behandelingen al VOORDAT ik met de manager gesproken had over dat ik mijn geld terug wou. Om 9.51 uur om precies te zijn en ik was pas om 10 uur met de manager in gesprek. Nu vraag ik me af of de medewerker wel echt ziek was.
Received several treatments as a gift from fam because they have such good reviews. 7:30am left home to be there at 9:30am. When I get there, the person who would give the treatments is sick. They would have called at 8.15 am. I had lived up to this point and went there in good spirits. Unfortunately we went home disappointed. I hope they are worthy of their reviews and that they are willing to accommodate me in travel and parking costs of 3.5 hours that I had already paid in advance.
The strange thing was when I got back home and saw that they had already refunded the money from the treatments BEFORE I talked to the manager about wanting my money back. At 9:51 am to be exact and I was not talking to the manager until 10 am. Now I wonder if the employee was really sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt completely relaxed and pain free after the massages I had on two different trips to Retreat. The relaxation room is gezellig and beautiful, and massages are second to none (Thai massage was stimulating and rejuvenating; Shiatsu was restorative and I went home free of the back pain I had beforehand). Lovely variety of body & face products with demos in store. All with outstanding service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retreat Rotterdam is definitely a must see. This spot is the place to be for having some me-time! While entering the building you will feel like a goddess in a Parisian store with all those luxurious products and a beautiful high ceiling. I love the international charm and the people treated me very well. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants the royal treatment for body and skin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the full body massage of 1,5 hours which provides a full sense of renewing of muscles.
The handling of every section to apply the massage is done with lot of care and detail. The therapist used her hands with knowledge working from big areas until little points.
It was a great experience which I will definitely recommend.
Also the tea offered at the beggining of the session, opened your senses for relaxation. Really good.
I enjoyed my time completely.
