Werken onprofessioneel en als je er wat van zegt krijg je te horen dat het je eigen schuld is. Zelfs mijn hond zou ik hier niet laten knippen. You go in with her and come out bald !. Dat jullie moeten weten dat je niet zomaar kan bleken op ieder zn haar type en dat het nu mis is gegaan kan. Maar dat jullie zo onprofessioneel ermee omgaan. Ik had van jullie toch wel meer begrip gehad. Het meisje dr haar valt van alle kanten uit, dr hoofdhuid brand en het enige wat jullie zeggen is eigen schuld. Echt triest!!!! En dan op Facebook je site eraf halen. Op Google gaat dat zomaar niet. Ik hoop dat jullie netjes haar geld teruggeven en er gratis hulp aan bieden in plaats van negeren. Aan de achterkant tot aan de nek vond ik toch iets te extreem, en vroeg de kapster om ze iets langer te laten. Eenmaal thuisgekomen constateerde ik dat je toch niet zo het effect had als helemaal kort aan de achterkant. Opgebeld dat ik me bedacht had en ik mocht meteen na 45 minuten terugkomen om het iets korter te laten knippen. Wat een service om me in hun drukke schema nog even terug te laten komen en dat ook nog op zaterdag!!! Heel blij met mijn haartjes en tot over een aantal maanden. Een nette, leuk ingerichte en opgeruimde kapsalon waar een fijne, rustige en huiselijke sfeer hangt. De vaste kapsters maar ook de stagiaires zijn altijd even vriendelijk en geïnteresseerd. Of je nu voor een knipbeurt of voor te verven gaat ze doen er alles aan om de klant zo tevreden mogelijk de deur uit te laten gaan. Ze nemen de tijd voor de klant en zijn eerlijk in wat er wel en niet mogelijk is. Als de klant wensen heeft die niet gerealiseerd kunnen worden geven ze dit ook aan. Kortom een fijne kapsalon met kundig personeel waar veel aandacht wordt besteed aan de wensen van de klant ,duidelijk advies wordt gegeven en je met een mooi kapsel de deur uit gaat.
