Wij wilden graag een persoonlijke touch geven aan het kaartje en hebben daarvoor het geboortekaartje gebruikt van mijzelf van vroeger. De basis was er, maar Melanie heeft er precies hetgeen van kunnen maken dat nog ontbrak! Melanie, bedankt dat je zo zorgvuldig de tijd hebt genomen en alles tot in detail hebt verwerkt. Niets was je te veel of te gek en alle twijfel die ik had, nam jij weg door actief mee te denken! Je hebt naast een fantastisch creatief brein ook onwijs veel geduld. Op het zelfde moment dat wij jou benaderden, kregen wij verdrietig nieuws te verwerken. Jij leefde enorm mee en hebt die persoonlijke touch in het kaartje prachtig weten te verwerken. Wij zijn erg blij met het resultaat! After a long search (without success) for a birth announcement, we finally ended up with Melanie. We wanted to give a personal touch to the card and used the birth announcement of myself from the past. The base was there, but Melanie was able to make it exactly what was missing! Melanie, thank you for taking the time so carefully and digesting everything in great detail. Nothing was too much or too crazy for you and you took away all doubts I had by actively thinking along! In addition to a fantastic creative brain, you also have a lot of patience. At the same time that we approached you, we received some sad news. You were very compassionate and you managed to process that personal touch in the card beautifully. We are very happy with the result!

Melanie heeft met eindeloos geduld ons 'vage idee' omgezet in een prachtig ontwerp, vol met persoonlijke details. We hebben heel veel complimentjes gekregen over hoe mooi mensen het vonden! (Of nou ja: 'wij'... Melanie dus!) Maar waar we haar écht dankbaar voor zijn is het proces... Ze is 100% van de persoonlijke begeleiding. Via WhatsApp hebben we eindeloos contact gehad over het kaartje, maar ook over persoonlijke dingen. Ze is ontzettend betrokken en gaat echt tot het uiterste om er iets moois van te maken. Het ontvangen en uitpakken van de kaartjes was ook een feestje, met al haar persoonlijke kaartjes en mooie aankleding! Melanie is een geweldige illustrator en grafisch ontwerper, maar vooral is ze een warm, liefdevol en fantastisch persoon! En dat maakt het werken met haar heel fijn. We zijn haar ontzettend dankbaar voor alles wat ze voor ons heeft gedaan! We are so happy with the end result: a beautiful birth announcement for our youngest daughter. With endless patience, Melanie turned our 'vague idea' into a beautiful design, full of personal details. We received a lot of compliments about how beautiful people thought it was! (Or well: 'we'... so Melanie!) But what we are really grateful to her for is the process... She is 100% of the personal guidance. We had endless contact via WhatsApp about the card, but also about personal things. She is very involved and really goes out of her way to make something beautiful out of it. Receiving and unpacking the cards was also a party, with all her personal cards and beautiful decoration! Melanie is a great illustrator and graphic designer, but above all she is a warm, loving and wonderful person! And that makes working with her very nice. We are very grateful to her for everything she has done for us!
