★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zonde, super leuke producten maar zo slecht georganiseerd... 2 augustus wat besteld en nu nog niet in huis. Na een (niet klantgerichte) e-mail de telefoon maar gepakt. Inmiddels meerdere keren telefonisch contact gehad. Tot drie keer toe hebben ze excuses aangeboden en beloofde meneer weer wat. Vanmiddag gebeld en wat blijkt? Nog niet geregeld. Meneer is inmiddels op vakantie. Ben heel benieuwd of het morgen wel wordt bezorgd.
Sin, super nice products but so badly organized ... 2 August what ordered and not yet at home. After a (not customer-oriented) e-mail, I caught the phone. I have had telephone contact several times in the meantime. They have apologized three times and the gentleman promised again. Called this afternoon and what appears? Not settled yet. Mr. is now on vacation. I am very curious if it will be delivered tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einige Artikel als Geschenk für Freunde bestellt, Versandbenachrichtigung über alle Artikel erhalten und am nächsten Tag die Info, dass ein Artikel (aus der gleichen Reihe wie andere Artikel in der Bestellung, also ganz offensichtlich als Set gedacht) aufgrund eines Fehlers im Lagerbestand im Moment nicht lieferbar ist und gutgeschrieben wird. Dafür erhalte ich freundlicherweise einen großzügigen 10% Gutschein für meine nächste Bestellung, der wirklich ganze 5 Wochen gültig ist! Wahnsinn! Ein richtig schlechter Scherz in meinen Augen... Meine Bitte um Nachlieferung statt Gutschrift wird kurz und bündig quittiert mit: Artikel ist bereits gutgeschrieben, tut uns leid. Fantastischer Null-Service und anscheinend weiß hier die linke Hand nicht was die rechte tut. Zwischendurch erhalte ich allerhand Mails auf Deutsch, Englisch und Holländisch, warum auch immer, auf jeden Fall nervig. Dies war ganz sicher meine erste und letzte Bestellung.
Ordered some items as gifts for friends, received shipping notification for all items and the next day informed that one item (from the same range as other items in the order, so obviously intended as a set) is not available at the moment due to an error in stock is available and credited. In return, I will kindly receive a generous 10% voucher for my next order, which is really valid for a whole 5 weeks! Craziness! A really bad joke in my eyes... My request for a subsequent delivery instead of a credit note is acknowledged in a nutshell: Item has already been credited, we're sorry. Fantastic zero service and apparently the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing here. In between I get all sorts of emails in German, English and Dutch, for whatever reason, definitely annoying. This was definitely my first and last order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben 2 auto's kwijt behorende bij de racebaan. Gevraagd aan de klantenservice of deze los te koop zijn. Klantenservice heeft als reactie aangegeven de missende auto's toe te zenden en ik hoef alleen de verzendkosten te betalen.
Wat een goede service ?
I lost 2 cars belonging to the race track. Asked customer service if these are for sale separately. Customer service has indicated in response to send the missing cars and I only have to pay the shipping costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this brand, but my 5 stars are for their customer service. Mya daughter has a balance scooter and she lost a key bolt holding the seat, I gave a call to the customer service and without asking anything they sent me the spare part directly at home...thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service! I orderder somethings that cost 130 euros and its been now 3 weeks later without receiving my package and without having any info as to where it is or if it will ever reach me. I asked for a refund and the customer service asked 5 working days to look into the matter and i waited patiently and i was very polite then 7 working days passed and asked once again for a refund without any answer. What a scam! This is literally stealing! I paid for something that i never received so either they should have send my money back or a new package and deal with the other lost package on their own. What a shame i was really looking forward to get all these new stuff for my baby but i will never shop from their website ever again! Very unreliable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice products. Unfortunately customer service is not helpful, same day shipping guarantees are simply not true. I see in other reviews the late shipping is a recurring issue, so I recommend buying their products from an online platform with better service such as bol.com.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend Little Dutch regarding my experience, so far. I've orderer a product on the 25th of August and I'm writing this on the 17th of October because I'm still struggling to get, first of all, the package itself, secondly, any kind of useful answer in order to solve my problem. After the purchase the package never reached its' destination and Little Dutch didn't offer any clarification, any alternative or any reimbursement. I'm still invested in a different conclusion...
