About Livin24
Wij zijn Livin24. Livin24 is een trendy online meubelwinkel met drie showrooms in Nederland. Livin24 is in 2014 opgericht door drie vakspecialisten en zijn gestart met het importeren van meubels, vanuit een klein kantoor in Emmen. De gemeenschappelijk voorliefde voor meubels werd gedeeld en producten worden tegenwoordig zelf geproduceerd in de eigen fabriek. Tegenwoordig bestaat het team uit meer dan 25 gemotiveerde teamleden.

After this time I asked for a full refund because I could not wait more. Customer support tried to cheat, saying that was not possible a full refund, but only partial. Downloaded the "Algemene Voorwaarden" and pointing to the articles I finally get told I was going to receive my money back. 2 weeks are passed and still no money into my account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very disappointing, basically non existing. I ordered some chairs and a textile care kit end of November. The chairs were delivered, but not the textile kit. I have sent emails to their customer service and tried to contact them through the whatsapp number, but didn't receive any reply. In the meantime, they kept sending marketing emails to ask for feedback, but never contact me back. How am I supposed to get in contact with them and solve this issue?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience has been very unpleasant. I ordered 2 bar stools in December, the stools came in with the wrong leg and I couldn’t assemble it. I sent emails to complain and follow up emails to know why I wasn’t getting a response. Still no reply. I called and someone said I will receive the replacement today being Saturday 8th January. I didn’t receive it. And no word from the company. So I have 2 useless products that i can’t use and no word from the company. Bad service.
