 Filled in the form last week and haven't heard anything yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via de website aangemeld voor een afspraak, na 2 dagen zou er contact opgenomen worden, helaas na 3 dagen nog niks. Telefonisch niet bereikbaar, dan maar een terugbel verzoek. Gebeld na een dag, helaas een super slechte verbinding dus geen gesprek kunnen voeren. Dan maar FB proberen, dan is er binnen een werkdag antwoord. (vriendelijke medewerker!) Er stond al een afspraak gepland wel pas voor over 36 dagen!! En dan nog minimaal 2 weken wachten op de zolen en dat zonder enige communicatie. Afspraak geannuleerd, als de zolen gemaakt worden met dezelfde kwaliteit als de klantbenadering dan pas ik lieverd.
Signed up for an appointment via the website, after 2 days there would be contacted, unfortunately nothing after 3 days. Not available by phone, but a callback request. Called after a day, unfortunately a very bad connection so no conversation. Then try FB, there will be an answer within a working day. (friendly employee!) There was already an appointment planned for only 36 days !! And then wait at least 2 weeks for the soles and that without any communication. Appointment canceled, if the soles are made with the same quality as the customer approach, then I darling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben op 4 augustus bij de Livit geweest voor een verwijzing naar de zorgverzekeraar. Heb ik de zorgverzekeraar gebeld en ze hebben niets binnen gekregen. Heel erg bedankt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben op 4 augustus geweest voor een zilversplint en ze zouden een aanvraag (goedkeuring) opsturen naar de zorgverzekeraar maar die hebben nog steeds niets ontvangen dat zou 4 weken duren tot op heden niet kunnen bereiken
I have been on August 4 for a silver splint and they would send an application (approval) to the health insurer but they still have not received anything that would take 4 weeks to date can not reach
