m	miss_lani laan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ben hier met mijn gezin 1 jaar lang geweest, en heb er nooit spijt van gehad dat wij zijn vertrokken, het liefst zien zij eerst geld, en dan willen ze je helpen, ook mijn kind hadden ze moeite om mee om te gaan, want ja een kind met gedragsproblemen vraagt natuurlijk geduld, Lohr had er duidelijk geen zin in, wij zitten nu bij een andere tandarts in delfzijl , en alles is daar veel beter geregeld, geldgeldgeld dat is voor hun het aller belangrijkste ,met als gevolg dat een tand maar half afgemaakt word, en het alsnog uit je muil donderd #SLECHT! have been here with my family for 1 year, and have never regretted that we have left, they prefer to see money first, and then they want to help you, also my child they had difficulty dealing with, because yes a child with behavioral problems naturally requires patience, Lohr clearly did not feel like it, we are now at another dentist in delfzijl, and everything is arranged much better there, money money that is most important to them, with the result that a tooth get half finished, and it still thunders #SLICT out of your mouth!

Geen sms en geen bevestegings mail gekregen en dan krijg je te horen dat je liegt. Topper !! Super satisfied with the dentist, ballie staff I have no words for have never been treated like this. No SMS and no confirmation email and you will be told that you are lying. Topper !!

Gesprek gehad met mevr de Beij, die een plan maakte. Stapje voor stapje. En zo ging het ook, ze wist onze dochter rustig te krijgen en klaarde het klusje. Absolute aanrader voor mensen die angstig zijn deze dame. Vriendelijk rustig en doen wat ze zegt. Zij kan bij ons niet meer stuk! Overigens is de hele praktijk een aanrader, van receptioniste, assistente tot mondhygiëniste. An adolescent of 14 years of whom a very difficult tooth had to be drawn. And so it went, she managed to get our daughter calm and did the job. Highly recommended for people who fear this lady. Friendly calm and do what she says. She can't go wrong with us! By the way, the whole practice is recommended, from receptionist, assistant to dental hygienist.
M	Melanie van der Donk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als het mogelijk was zou ik 0 sterren geven. Bleef maar doortrekken bij een kies die eruit moest terwijl ik verging van de pijn. Uiteindelijk na wekenlang tramadol te hebben geslikt kwamen er stukken bot uit mijn tandvlees omdat een stuk kaak verbrijzeld was. Durfde hier niet meer terug en ben overgestapt naar een andere tandarts waar ik enorm tevreden over ben. Was een traumatische ervaring voor me en heb zeker een half jaar moeten herstellen (fysiek). If it were possible I would give 0 stars. I kept pulling on a tooth that had to be removed while I was in pain. Finally after weeks of taking tramadol pieces of bone came out of my gums because a piece of jaw was shattered. I did not dare to go back here and switched to another dentist that I am very satisfied with. Was a traumatic experience for me and I had to recover (physically) for at least six months.
R	Random Delfzijlster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor controles is het niet zo erg. Maar je tand eruit laten trekken is heel wat anders. Tandarts Mook trok 2 jaar geleden me tand uit en dat was een traumatische ervaring. Ik durfde eigenlijk zelfs niet meer om me tand eruit te laten trekken. Om te beginnen. Verdoving mislukte ene kant en ene kant lukte het wel. En mijn tand brak in 3 stukken toen het eruit werd getrokken en het ergste was dat daar weinig verdoving zat. Dus paar dagen lang sterfte ik van de pijn En nu deze week nog trok tandarts Westerhout mijn tand uit en dat ging duizend keer beter. Hij brak me tand niet. Verdoving vloog niet weg maar toch maakt ie me mond schoon. Binnen 10 minuten klaar. En oja. Tandarts Mook werkt 18 jaar als tandarts. En tandarts Westerhout maar 2 jaar en toch is hij duizend keer beter It's not that bad for controls. But having your tooth pulled out is quite another. Dentist Mook pulled my tooth out 2 years ago and that was a traumatic experience. I didn't even dare to have my tooth pulled out anymore. To begin. Anesthesia failed on one side and one side did. And my tooth broke into 3 pieces when it was pulled out and the worst part was there was little anesthetic in there. So for a few days I died of the pain And now this week, dentist Westerhout pulled my tooth out and that went a thousand times better. He didn't break my tooth. Anesthetic didn't fly away but he cleans my mouth nonetheless. Ready in 10 minutes. And oh yes. Dentist Mook has worked as a dentist for 18 years. And dentist Westerhout is only 2 years old and yet he is a thousand times better
B	Bart Kremer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super tevreden over de tandartsen praktijk! Dacht een keer een afspraak te hebben maar bleek achteraf niet zo te zijn, zat al wel in de wachtkamer. Uiteindelijk kon ik alsnog terecht omdat ze nog ergens een gaatje hadden. Word altijd goed geholpen en nemen de tijd voor je. Very happy with the dental practice! Thought he had an appointment once but turned out not to be, was already in the waiting room. In the end I was able to go because they still had a hole somewhere. Always get good help and take the time for you.
