★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with LOI for 6 months now. I appreciate all the assistance I have received thus far from my tutors and from customer service. One can really see that this is an instituation that puts the student first. Dankjewel lieve LOI voor de gelegenheid om me verder te scholen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience I had to pay for a course I cancelled and they said they never received the materials back and they were asking me for the receipt from November. No email was sent to let me know what was happening and they said they send post that I never received. I paid the money but this are the first and last money they receive from me. From finance department they repeated the same thing over and over without listening. It was the first time I lost my temper while talking to a representative. Sales department did everything to sell me a course that didn’t apply to my needs. I speak no Dutch and I was send a grammar and spelling course for Dutch but it is for Dutch speakers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible materials and worse customers´service. I enrolled the Perfect Nederlands course, which should help master the language. The online and hard-copy materials are 200% theoretical (beyond believe really!), even for the Spreekvaardigheid or Stijl. When I gave notice to stop the course, it was unfortunately one week after the trial period. Customers´service didn´t bother to ask why I was unsatisfied, they only emphasized that I couldn´t quit "kosteloos". I came in person to the offices to discuss with them the confusing bill they had sent me by email. The person by the reception tried to avoid this asking "can´t you just send another email?". When I finally got to talk with somebody, they read me the small print in the conditions to say you have to pay 3 months from the date you give notice to stop.
Such an ill way to try catch you out and to fish some money. The course is so useless with regards to what they advertise and then the only thing they care of is the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have applied for a study but i didnt pay. They send me a package without without asking me for permission first i had to pay 7.50 to return this package a money i would probably never get back i would like to get my money back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would totally NOT recommend LOI, before you even confirm completely they let you pay useless costs, bad customer service, they promise you things around the worth of your diploma whats not truth. Please avoid this institution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please take my advice and avoid the LOI. it's a drama.. I have a study backlog of months due to hughe failure and bad mistakes that are made by the LOI. the customer service is awful. the LOI makes mistake upon mistake and made it impossible for me to pass exams by booking the wrong exam. You have to wait for months, really months! for exam results. the exam committee is not available. it's bad! all the negative reviews are rightly posted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOI is such a terrible organization for educational purposes. I have so much regret for choosing them for my studies. For an example: I requested additional books (4 books in totaal) and they manage to mess that up. It’s not rocket science it’s just collect what’s on that sheet and send. I called them today, which cost me almost an hour to resolve over the phone. I kindly asked the agent, if she could provide me with a port paid envelope so that I could return the book which was not intended for me in the first place. The agent says no she can’t and expected me to purchase an envelope. There are no additional fees because it is a Postbox address she mentioned. All and all I am not happy with LOI! The online learning environment is not user friendly, even Udemy has a way more better platform when it comes to user friendliness. I even tried to cancel the course with LOI because I was so dissatisfied with them. But that was unfortunately not possible because I was a week late with the cancellation request. I will never and I say never recommend anyone I know to your platform for any educational purposes.
