β β β β β Awful car wash and company. Damage caused to an alloy wheel during a wash in September 2021. However after recognising the damage caused by the car wash, their 'Customer Service' employee declined to repair or replace the alloy. I am disgusted by this and more so by the inaccuracies and reported by the employees of Loogman.
Update 19/10/21 - Loogman agreed to reimburse repair cost ??

β β β β β I've been going to Loogman for the past 5 years. The only bad experience I had was when I tried the super deluxe car wash where you got your car washed and detailed, (where they do the inside cleanup too), that was a disaster, they left rubbish in the car, old receipts and such but when I complained they did offer me a re-do. I didn't do the re-do, but I do still take the car for regular washes and just do the inside myself. That episode was about 2 years ago, maybe they've improved in that area? The regular car washes are really good though and the hoover area is good as well, always lots of space and hoover's to use. We also get our propane there. Nice service and always courteous employees.

β β β β β a bad service, today (03/10/2022) my wife who is pregnant went to put air in the tire and she made a mistake and the air ended up escaping and she had to change the tire, she asked for help and was informed that only Mechanic could you change, in a place that provides services for cars doesn't have a person who can help a pregnant woman? you don't have to be a mechanic for that, just be a good person, she couldn't change, she dented the car, she was crying next to the car and after an hour an employee (Maisen) saw her despair and helped change the wheel, could it be that were a pregnant Dutch woman would she go through this? thank you very much for nothing, because after today I NEVER fill up my cars at Loogman tanker & Wassen, I hope you hire more employees like Maisen to have a real good service.

β β β β β Love it there! Great company, great service! Do wish they would clean the interior with wet towels or water but guess this will have to do. Still love it!!! Oh, thereβs a Febo there too! And Loogman started selling sandwiches also!!! Loving it! ????????

β β β β β The Binnen & Buiten program is not worth it. It costs 30 Euro. There are cheaper car washes for external/buiten cleaning. Binnen - After the cleaning was done, I could still see some food/chips particles on the bottle/door handle on the side where I usually put the child seat. When I wiped the place with a tissue it was filled with dirt, so all the good feeling of Car wash went down in the drain. The entire program looks very fancy but not efficient.

β β β β β We were charged for the interior cleaning despite the fact that we asked for "outside wash only". When we contacted customer service to get our money back and they asked us to come to the carwash with the receipt. But at the carwash they told us they cannot return the money anyway.

You do most of the cleaning yourself.
You're better off finding a cheaper car wash and then vacuuming the interior yourself.
Even with their 'professional equipment and cleaning materials', your panels and screen are still smeared.

β β β β β A nice place to get your car washed. There are different wash programs and you can get your car washed for as less as 8 Euros. The more frills you select, the costlier it becomes. They have free vacuum cleaners, which you can use after car wash. I like the place and it is my preferred place for car wash.
