β β β β β The service provided by WeLocate has been essential to the successful purchase of the house. I liked the variety of services offered by WeLocate before (buying agent, appraisal, notary, translator...) and after the purchase (set up of utilities,...). What could be improved: providing more insights into all the extra-fees (transfer tax, ...) that may be connected to the purchase, but of which expats are not necessarily aware. And maybe a little bit more help into the house search, which can be really competitive in certain cities. Otherwise, excellent service!

β β β β β The whole buying process was made very easy. There are lots of technicalities and things you have to arrange that is simply impossible to know for an expat and first time buyer. It costs some money, yeah, but everything is included and doing it yourself would be 10x more stressful and probably more costly (that if you even get it right).
They reply really fast and make sure everything is arranged in a timely manner.

β β β β β The team at Welocate was extremely helpful and guided us through the process of purchasing a house in the difficult market of Amsterdam. Looking back, the process of buying a house would have been so much more stressful without them. I would definitely recommend their services, especially if you are an expat and are lost with all the necessary documents and steps that need to be taken. Welocate takes care of everything for you without you needing to step in (e.g. appointment scheduling at the notary, translator) and recommends a wide variety of extra services (e.g. accountant, security advisor, utilities).
