Sie verdienen ihr Geld mit wahnsinnig höhe Mahnkosten. Fahrer sind unverschämt. Very bad customer service. Your subscription will be canceled without warning. She doesn't care about today's world crisis. They earn their money with insanely high dunning costs. Drivers are rude.
N	Nicolas X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Busfahrer wartete nicht 1 Minute auf den minimal verspäteten RE10 in Weeze und ließ 10 Menschen zurück und fuhr lieber leer zum Flughafen, anstatt 1 Minute auf die rennenden und rufenden Menschen zu warten… was ein Unmensch muss man sein -.- unbeschreiblich!! The bus driver did not wait 1 minute for the minimally delayed RE10 in Weeze and left 10 people behind and preferred to drive empty to the airport instead of waiting 1 minute for the running and calling people ... what a monster you have to be -.- indescribable!
M	Mia Zerhusen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eine Halbe Stunde auf den verspäteten Bus gewartet welcher auch schlussendlich nicht mehr gekommen ist. Dann konnte ich natürlich gucken wo ich bleibe. Danke für Gar Nichts an dieser Stelle. Wenn ein Bus es nicht schafft zu kommen dann schreiben sie es doch bitte bei Gott nicht auf den Plan das macht einem nur Ärger, Stress und Chaos in seine sonst so wundervolle Organisation. Ich werde diesen Bus nurnoch umgehen und anders planen. Schade dass man nicht Null Sterne geben kann. I waited half an hour for the delayed bus which finally didn't come. Then of course I could see where I was staying. Thanks for nothing at this point. If a bus doesn’t make it then please don’t write it down on the plan, it’s just causing trouble, stress and chaos in your otherwise wonderful organization. I'll just bypass this bus and plan differently. It's a shame that you can't give zero stars.
