★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben twee keer geweest. We werden goed geholpen. Erg deskundige medewerkers. De laatste keer gingen we een armband voor mijn vriend kopen. Werd ik verrast met een ketting en hangertje ?helemaal bij ermee!
 Been twice. We were well helped. Very knowledgeable employees. Last time we went to buy a bracelet for my friend. I was surprised with a necklace and pendant ? completely happy with it!

I bought double heart pendant on a chain here at de Bijenkorf and after a month (a piece had been worn for a maximum of a week within this month and I was extremely careful with it) it looked like I had been dragging it on the ground! So scratched and it looks terrible. I made a phone call and I was told that I can either get a new piece or get a refund. When I came to the store- they told me that the only thing they are able to do is to polish it for me (they never said whether it was for free or not) and that this polishing will take 4-6 weeks. 4-6 weeks is this a joke?!?!?!
Terrible experience with the brand. It is very aggressively marketed but the quality is extremely poor. The ration between price and quality makes no sense. I honestly wish I never bought anything from them.
