★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb dezelfde ervaring als Bijlsma. Waar de verkopers het druk mee hebben weet ik niet maar niet met verkopen. Ze laten je rustig 10 minuten wachten. Ik ben ook maar weer weggegaan.
 Have the same experience as Bijlsma. I don't know what the sellers are busy with, but not with sales. They quietly make you wait 10 minutes. I also left again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij Lexus heb je het idee van enige Luxe en een nette showroom. Helaas is parkeren de eerste uitdaging als je aankomt bij de Lexus dealer in Groningen. Het zeer krappe parkeerterrein is geheel gevuld met 2e hands toyota's. Bij binnenkomst zien wij alleen toyata's staan en er is verder niemand om ons te adviseren. Uiteindelijk blijken er een paar Lexus modellen op de bovenverdieping te staan maar het type welke wij wilden bekijken staat er niet tussen. Na 10 minuten zijn wij maar weer weg gegaan. Als je het nivo van Volvo gewend bent dan is de Lexus showroom een behoorlijke tegenvaller. Jammer want wij moesten er een behoorlijk stuk rijden om er te komen.
At Lexus you have the idea of some luxury and a neat showroom. Unfortunately parking is the first challenge when you arrive at the Lexus dealer in Groningen. The very tight parking lot is completely filled with 2nd hand toyotas. Upon arrival we see only toyatas and there is no one else to advise us. Eventually there appear to be a few Lexus models on the top floor, but the type we wanted to see is not listed. After 10 minutes we just left again. If you are used to Volvo's level, the Lexus showroom is quite a disappointment. A shame because we had to drive quite a bit to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overal bordjes met verzoek mondkapje te dragen, maar niemand vraagt erom, wat doe je dan? je ongemakkelijk voelen. De zweedse mevrouw achter de eerste balie die je ziet mag van mij in volume behoorlijk naar beneden, ze is zooo aanwezig. verder keurig, zoals het hoort bij een stijf aandoende organisatie. Ook bij de receptie een stijve mevrouw die blijkbaar een hekel aan oogcontact heeft zodat je niet weet of ze tegen jou of haar collega praat. Misschien moet ik ook even wennen, het was slechts mijn tweede bezoek.
Signs everywhere asking to wear a face mask, but nobody asks for it, what do you do? feeling uncomfortable. The Swedish lady behind the first counter that you see can be quite a bit lower in volume, she is sooo present. otherwise neat, as befits a stiff-looking organization. Also at the reception a stiff lady who apparently hates eye contact so you don't know if she is talking to you or her colleague. Maybe I need to get used to it too, it was only my second visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 maanden geleden een mooie IS 300h F Sportline 2017 gekocht bij Lexus Groningen; uitermate vriendelijk behandeld, goede en prettige onderhandeling met Lexus verkoopteam, de overdracht van de auto (voorzien van gratis nieuwe coating) was geweldig met schermen rondom de auto die plotseling omhoog gingen, leek wel expositie nieuw model tijdens autoshow,:-) , met Lexus hele goede afspraken kunnen maken, die ook worden nagekomen ?? goede nazorg door toezending garagenota’s AVG-proof en recent alsnog invulling en afstempeling eerdere service-beurten in onderhoudsboekje,OH- boekje helemaal up-date ik rij nog steeds met plezier in de IS F Sportline.
7 months ago bought a beautiful IS 300h F Sportline 2017 at Lexus Groningen; Very kindly treated, good and pleasant negotiation with Lexus sales team, the transfer of the car (with free new coating) was great with screens around the car that suddenly went up, seemed like exhibition new model at auto show, :-), with Lexus Being able to make very good agreements, which are also fulfilled ?? good aftercare by sending garage invoices AVG-proof and recently filling in and stamping previous service turns in maintenance booklet, OH booklet completely up-date I still enjoy driving in the IS F Sportline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto hier gekocht. Prettige koopervaring waarbij ik als klant het gevoel kreeg dat ik ertoe doe, ook al heb ik niet zo’n dure Lexus gekocht. Als ik sommige klachten hier lees in de reviews, denk ik: daar is dan wel naar geluisterd en iets mee gedaan want wij zijn ondanks mijn diverse bezoeken en proefritjes steeds uitstekend geholpen. Men neemt steeds de tijd voor me die nodig is. Dit was voor ons een belangrijke afweging om voor de Lexus te gaan.
Bought car here. Pleasant buying experience where I, as a customer, got the feeling that I matter, even though I did not buy such an expensive Lexus. When I read some complaints here in the reviews, I think: they have listened to them and something has been done because, despite my various visits and test drives, we have always received excellent help. They always take the time for me that is necessary. This was an important consideration for us to go for the Lexus.
