Ben naar een andere garage gegaan vanwege de ontvangen service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben in eerste instantie niet geholpen met mijn APK vanwege een fout in de afspraak bevestigings email, welke een verkeerd tijdstip aangaf. Ondanks dat dit een fout was aan hun kant, hadden ze aanvankelijk geen oplossing voor mij. Ik ben later teruggebeld en er werd een goede oplossing aangeboden voor het ongemak.
I was initially not helped with my MOT because of an error in the appointment confirmation email, which indicated the wrong time. Despite this being an error on their side, they initially had no solution for me. I was called back later and a good solution was offered for the inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a car here in 2019, staffs are friendly and einvironment is good. But one lesson learnt here: Write down down the oral promise, even it's minor!
The salesman promised that car would be delivered with latest version navigation system. But on the same day of car delivery, I was told that the delivery had to be postponed since one docment was not arranged. Then on the second delivery day I was too rush to check everything. Later I found the navigation's still version 2016. When I came back for peroidic service, I asked the salesman, no doubt he forgot the promise.
