★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for 6 tickets we arrived went to go ahead after 2 hours of traveling, 2 of our friends were not allowed through because they couldn't access their emails to show conformation, the staff were very rude and I find it difficult to believe that your company does not have a system to back up bookings with names or email. The staff told us to email them for a refund which we have not revived. Ruined our trip. So rude need to recruit friendlier staff!
