Absolutely horrible customer service! Donβt come here. Their re-furbished bikes are all equipped with the cheapest parts possible. I got a bike for 200β¬ and the chain snapped the second time I rode it. When I tried to come and return it, they said they do not do that. I literally rode the bike 3 times and except for a bit of dust on the tires, everything looked and worked exactly as when I got it.
They were super friendly when I was buying the bike but suddenly when there was a problem their whole attitude changed. Once they have your money, donβt expect them to be as friendly and polite as they are at the beginning.

β β β β β I went there the other day to get my handle bars tightened. I didn't have an appointment or anything and they were pretty busy fixing other bikes. I was surprised when the gentleman behind the counter literally dropped what he was doing and fixed my handle bars. He really didn't have to do that. Super nice people and I definitely recommend going to them.

β β β β β We bought two bicycles there. Luke was really nice from the very beginning, he showed us some of the bikes and allowed us to ride them for a bit just to see how we felt them.
Also one of the lights wasnβt working properly, I havenβt noticed, he managed to change it.
He also sold us the chains and explained us the possibilities, and how we can protect our bike.
Super clear and honest :)

β β β β β Litterally worst bycicle shop I have ever been to. And I am Dutch so I have been to a lot. The staff is only focussed on draining as much cash out of you as possible by making up prices and being very unfriendly. I just came in to buy an interior and an exterior tire for which they charged 50 euros.. They did not have any labor or whatsover. Do not go to this shop, espessially if you do not know the prices of bikes, because you will get ripped off for sure. Will never go here again.
