The most efficient way is to submit a repair request online. And you can also send a WhatsApp message with pictures of your bicycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via het contactformulier en WhatsApp werd er niet gereageerd, ik kreeg pas contact toen ik belde. Uiteindelijk kwam er door miscommunicatie (ik begon mijn uitleg in het Nederlands, hij sprak niet goed Nederlands) iemand langs die mij niet kon helpen. Ik wou namelijk mijn ketting er terug op laten leggen, maar hij dacht dat ik mijn slot wou laten openen. Toen ik via WhatsApp contact op nam voor een nieuwe afspraak, werd er weer niet gereageerd tot ik belde. Ik kon pas een aantal dagen later geholpen worden, daarom heb ik een andere fietsenmaker gezocht.
 There was no response via the contact form and WhatsApp, I only got contact when I called. Eventually due to miscommunication (I started my explanation in Dutch, he didn't speak Dutch well) someone came along who couldn't help me. I wanted to put my chain back on it, but he thought I wanted to open my lock. When I contacted via WhatsApp for a new appointment, there was again no response until I called. I could only be helped a few days later, so I looked for another bicycle repairman.
