β β β β β The room it self was amazing. Really big and the bathroom with the hugh bath tub was great. We stayed in room 516 on the fifth floor and had a very nice view on the stadium from PEC Zwolle. The breakfast is great as well with lots to choose from. The staff is excellent and they make you feel like home. Even during the covid period we enjoyed it a lot to stay in the great hotel. It is very easy to reach from the highway, parking is free, downtown Zwolle is about 15 minutes walking distance. I would recommend everyone to stay here while visiting Zwolle

β β β β β Overall I had a great stay here. Stayed in the business suite at the top floor, which overlooks the central lobby and is quite spacious. Restaurant has a great service too, with the chef preparing many beautiful dishes and the waiters explaining everything in great detail.
The only downside was the roomservice. Although the food itself was great, promptly after receiving it, without having had a chance to eat it, I received a phonecall to go down to the reception to pay for it directly. In my opinion that defeats the purpose of roomservice.
Apparently I should have had my creditcard at the reception for roomservice, although other additional costs, such as snacks from the fridge at the reception etc. are all paid for at checkout. Very inconvenient, but otherwise a great place that I can highly recommend, especially to football fans, due to the hotel being inside the stadium.

β β β β β Got to spend almost 3 weeks at the hotel and the stay was amazing! There's a coffee machine in the room and a mini fridge. The shampoo, the bath gel and the hand soap are heavenly (Rituals brand), the breakfast is really well served and it's delicious, you got many options you can choose from still on (Covid-19 times). I don't even have words for the staff, they were always thoughtful and courteous, always 5 stars!
The only bad thing I faced while staying there was the internet connection, they gave us options and even tried to fix it but with no success... Most of the time I couldn't connect the internet to my PC but at least got the connection with my phone.

β β β β β Stay almost 20 days, I felt like home. Beautiful hotel, nice people, excellent breakfast and laundry service. In hygiene if your standards are high then you come to the right place it's perfect. Location not on center but you gain in peace and calm and of course parking space. The center is quite near, and you can rent a bike and enjoy. The rooms are big and has a coffee machine and fridge. On the minus is the wireless internet, hope they can fix it because in the room was too slow.. overall highly recommend
you won't regret.

β β β β β My stay here was excellent! I had mixed up the check in date but they we quite accommodating. I also needed to check out later and even though it was quite busy, they made no issue of it. I stayed at Lumen to be close to the hospital which is walking distance from the hotel. The food at the restaurant is delicious and even if you're not staying at the hotel, the restaurant is definitely worth a try. I arrived by car and though the parking is private, I received a ticket with which I could come and go as I pleased. I didn't really visit the city but I did see that the hotel also offers bike rentals.

β β β β β Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast brunch and we were able to have our dog with us. Booked 2 rooms for 390 euro. That was with breakfast included. We will stay here again!
