Best Fortress in netherlands

C	Christine M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind nur noch die Erdwälle zu besichtigen. Die Anlage ist aber gut gepflegt. Unfortunately, only the earth walls are to be visited. The complex is well maintained.

S	Sophie Keizer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie omgeving, ik kan een wandeling langs te tuunwallen zeker aanraden en vanaf de dijk heb je natuurlijk prachtig uitzicht over het wad, maar 'Lunette' is niet echt de moeite waard (tenzij je net als wij er heen gaan voor de geocache). Beautiful surroundings, I can certainly recommend a walk along te tuunwallen and from the dike you have a beautiful view over the mudflats, but 'Lunette' is not really worth it (unless you go there for the geocache like us).

D	DC Bogeyz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg leuke wandeling om het Fort Lunette. Uiteraard even bij het kanon gekeken, en de restanten van de oude vesting gezien. Er lag ook een Geocache, die we gevonden hebben! Het zonnetje scheen, blauwe luchten met hier en daar een wolk: gewoon een topwandeling. Op naar het tweede fort iets verderop. Very nice walk around the Fort Lunette. Obviously looking at the cannon, and seeing the remnants of the old fortress. There was also a Geocache, which we found! The sun was shining, blue skies with here and there a cloud: just a top walk. On to the second fort a bit further.
Y	Ya El on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg mooi om hier over de dijk te gaan waar je een erg rustig strand zult vinden. Met een beetje geluk heb je een privé strand! Ook erg leuk om hier langs het water te fietsen waar wij minder last hadden van de wind dan aan de andere kant van de dijk. Uiteraard altijd gezellig met wat schaapjes erbij. Very nice to go here over the dike where you will find a very quiet beach. With a little luck you will have a private beach! Also very nice to cycle along the water where we were less affected by the wind than on the other side of the dike. Of course always cozy with some sheep there.
