I needed some very specific product for my daughter's hair and the woman I spoke to, found exactly what I needed. Since then I've tried the product on my daughter's hair and it is been a game changer. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for a set of facial products that are natural and don’t test on animals and of course - I came across Lush. I went to this store today wondering if someone would help me as there are many products and quite frankly they all look good. I went in and was greeted in a friendly way & asked if I’d like some assistance. I explained I wanted a new facial regime and the lovely girl clapped her hands excitedly! She took me to beautiful basin area at the back and prepared a pallet of products to suit my skin. We tried & tested a whole range and it was really fun! The assistant was very helpful and she had a lot of knowledge about the products, their ingredients, and what they do for you. After I chose what I’d like she gave me some samples of other things to try. I went home happy and excited to try my new products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees made the experience so much more dreamy, they make conversation really well, they're charming, care about the customer's needs and open up about themselves too ,which is a plus.???? We loved the interactivity of it all thanks to the testers, the sinks and soap bars, with which you could actually wash your hands there on the spot! And it also smells like heaven inside.
