★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they told me my laptop is ready in warehouse,
so i sent email asking for it...
it has been 3 weeks, 4 emails sent, 3 calls made, and they did not even send one email back..and i have to travel this week and need my laptop.
it was a mistake choosing this place. absolute waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bring your valuable Apple products here for repair. It takes them weeks to return it and then they make you pay for things they broke during repair cause you can not prove who broke it. Worst shop ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than Mac Official Store. Serious and profesionals. They fixed my Imac in 1 hour, without appointment. I was just before in the official store and the staff said that I must go home and make an appointment by phone... crazy. Congratulations!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service: friendly, helpful, going the extra mile and explaining where my technical problems were originating from. Plus: apparently here you get extra 2 years on your apple products, so 3 years instead of the usual 1 year the apple shop reduces you to. Great place!

They weren’t able to fix it but it was way to complicated issue that even apple store couldn’t help me with. I was very satisfied with their openness and the way they handled the whole thing.
