The location is superb with the market just outside the door and all the best sites very close by. It is a large apartment with plenty of room and the breakfast lounge is located just a couple doors down which is easy to find. There are steep stairs to access the apartments so if you have trouble climbing stairs be aware of this. The staff a extremely friendly and helpful to meet all of your needs.

The staff I interacted with were all very helpful and professional, even when I had a problem as stupid as not being able to figure out the lock on the door (still embarrassed about that). The apartment itself was unexpectedly spacious and in a great location. It was well-equipped enough that I could have actually prepared meals in the apartment itself if I wanted to. I appreciated that the breakfast was both good and had flexible hours, which was perfect on both the days I was up early or the days I slept in. If I were to ever travel to Delft again, I would most certainly use LA Deflt!

The apartment was located in the centre and it was a perfect because everything was right next or infront of the apartment. The apartment inside was great, very beautiful and comfortable. Big beds, luxury bathroom and very artistic table. Colourful and very thoughtful kitchen and living room. Breakfast was very rich and delicious and the staff were so kind and friendly, we really loved our stay and we are definitely coming back.

Check in location different from the room location. 2. Breakfast location different from the room location and check-in location. 3. 50 Euro charge if you check-in after 00:00 (really weird!) 4. If you need invoice at check-out, it is only available after 8:30 am and you can't check out before 7 am ! 5. Rooms are very small, 10m2; Not even suitable for a person stay on a business travel. 6. Stairway is too narrow for you if you go up or down along with luggage. 7. No common space.

Communication via mails prior to arrival was excellent, staff at the reception were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival - we arrived early and our suitcases where delivered to the apartment once it was ready! Apartment was very clean, could not ask for more.
