β β β β β Nice room, small rooms (single room) are quite tiny, but okay for a single night/single guest. Junior suite is spacious, but sitting area is limited in functionality. Staff is not great, there are no options for bedding, the only option was a thick synthetic duvet, which was too hot for me personally. After enquiring about alternatives none were available and no other solutions were offered by staff. They seemed quite aloof about the discomfort and not keen on resolving their guest's discomfort. Replenishing the supplies for the coffee/tea making facilities was not part of room turn down, and had to be collected from reception. Overall I would not recommend this hotel, as prices don't seem in line with the level of service received.

β β β β β The hotel has three separate buildings - close to each other. Reception and bar is in one of them. Breakfast buffet is served in all locations.
The rooms could be quite extraordinary through old building space adaptation. Nevertheless the standard and cleanliness are ok in all places.
Short walking distance to picturesque city center and train station.

β β β β β Unusual because most rooms are on a side street needing a walk outdoors. But the location is great and authentic... very near the city hall, church and main eating areas. The hotel itself only serves breakfast and has a very quiet bar for some drinks but it has slot machines for snacks and there are dozens of good places nearby. Overall a great place to stay for visiting Delft.

β β β β β Both room and breakfast were fine! It was very hot in my room but that was because it was warm outside. However, the sheet was quite thick. I imagine this is really nice when it's colder

β β β β β Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are rather small and could be renovated. I couldnβt even open the wardrobe in the room without it bumping against the bed. The toilet brush looks like it was in the room for years, who wants that? WiFi is as almost unusable slow and breakfast quite mediocre. Will go somewhere else next time.

β β β β β Good hotel overall. Consists of three buildings. I stayed in the Residence building (not the building with the check in desk). The room is well appointed and comfortable, but there is no iron. The location of fantastic, with lots of restaurants nearby. The nearby church has a bell which tolls the hour and the half-hour, 24h per day. The hotel breakfast is good.

β β β β β Never slept there but I lived for a year just in front of the building and oh gosh please remove those ugly best western flags !
I'm sure the staff is nice and the building's inside and services look great but the city should forbid those huge flags that hide the lovely walls and historic facade.
You cannot be a "museum and historic" hotel if you just waste the charm of the city buildings like that.
