Very friendly staff, Mrs. has given a very good explanation and also tried the machine herself and was very satisfied with everything she told us.

Bij Luyten Naaimachines in Maasstricht vond ik een hele mooie, jong gebruikte, lockmachine 1150 MDA van Bernina. Katja heeft mij verzekerd dat deze Bernina een krachtige dame is en goede prestaties levert. Het blijkt een super lockmachine, krachtig en nog als nieuw! Alle toebehoren zaten erbij en voor vragen en service kan ik ook altijd bij Richard en Katja Luyten terecht. I was looking for a serger to use with my upholstery work! At Luyten Sewing Machines in Maasstricht I found a very nice, young used, overlock machine 1150 MDA from Bernina. Katja has assured me that this Bernina is a powerful lady and that she performs well. It turns out to be a super serger, powerful and still like new! All accessories were included and for questions and service I can always contact Richard and Katja Luyten.

Het contact was heel soepel, de dame heeft het pakket goed anoniem ingepakt (kerstcadeau) en bij aankomst nog een paar leuke gadgets in de verpakking gevonden. Ik zou iedereen aanraden hier zijn of haar bestelling te doen. Ik ben helemaal top geholpen! Super friendly people. I made a purchase and the machine was delivered the next day. The contact was very smooth, the lady packed the package well anonymously (Christmas present) and found a few nice gadgets in the package on arrival. I would recommend anyone to place their order here. I have been completely helped!

Iedere keer weer een helder en eerlijk advies op maat, ook voor de inruil van m’n machine. Voor service staan Katja en Richard altijd voor je klaar. Na aankoop maken ze staan telkens weer tijd voor uitleg, een les of het organiseren van leuke workshops om je machine beter te leren kennen. Een servicebeurt wordt zo samen ingepland dat ik m’n machines zo kort mogelijk moet missen. Tijdens een hele leuke workshop gisteren verloor mijn machine een veertje dat met veel gepriegel na de workshop terug werd gemonteerd zodat ik met een gerepareerde machine naar huis kon. Dat is service die je nog zelden meemaakt. Katja en Richard dank jullie wel en ga alsjeblieft nog vele jaren door. A very nice shop for many years. I have now purchased 4 machines (2 sewing machines and 2 overlock machines) from Luyten. Clear and honest tailor-made advice every time, also for the trade-in of my machine. Katja and Richard are always there for you for service. After purchase, they always make time for explanations, a lesson or organizing fun workshops to get to know your machine better. A service is planned together in such a way that I have to miss my machines as little as possible. During a very nice workshop yesterday, my machine lost a spring that was reassembled after the workshop with a lot of fiddling so that I could go home with a repaired machine. That is service that you rarely experience. Katja and Richard thank you and please continue for many more years.

The staff make sure you understand everything and are very open to questions. I recommend you pay a visit or make an appointment. I bought a Lewenestein overlockmachine and am very happy with it. I got an extended warranty and a free check up in a years time.
