Als Ortsunkundiger liest man Notfall Ambulanz und ist dort ziemlich falsch.
 Maybe you should mention that it is a psychiatry.
As a strangers one reads emergency ambulance and is there quite wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gott sei dank, ist Frau Otto, die Märchentante weg. Die Arzthelferinnen schätze ich sehr. Die haben alle ein sonniges Gemüt. Aber Herr Rosiello, der Hypnotiseur, der macht mir Angst.
Ach, was soll es. Ich bin jetzt eh im Joho. Zwar auch bei ner Märchentante, aber die frisst mir wenigstens aus der Hand. So soll das auch sein, bei dem heutigen Kenntnisstand der Psychiater über Medikamente muss man sich ja glatt selbst einstellen und jedes Medikament ausprobieren, damit man bescheid weiß. Mir schwahnt, wir sind Versuchkaninchen. Aber die gute Kombi verrat ich nicht an die Ärzte, die kurz vor dem Boreout stehen. XOXO
Thank God, is Mrs. Otto, the fairy tale aunt away. I really appreciate the medical assistants. They all have a sunny mind. But Mr. Rosiello, the hypnotist, scares me.
Oh, what is it? I am now in Joho anyway. Although with a fairytale aunt, but the eats me at least out of hand. That's the way it should be, with the current level of knowledge of psychiatrists about medication you have to adjust yourself smoothly and try every drug, so you know. I'm guilty, we are experimental rabbits. But I do not betray the good combination to the doctors who are about to go ahead. XOXO
