M	Manfred Kunkel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war eigentlich immer ganz zufrieden mit 1&1, schnelle Leitung, gute Tarife und die Hotline könnte mir auch immer helfen wenn ich ein Problem hatte. Aber ich war schon beim ersten Techniker Termin mit der hohen Rechnung des Technikers von 59,90€ für eine viertel Stunde Arbeit sehr negativ überrascht. Aber als ich schon zwei Jahre Kunde war und mittlerweile noch das eine oder andere dazu gebucht hatte ,war ich angeblich ein guter und treuer Kunde. Ich bin vor kurzem Umgezogen und somit natürlich auch mein Festnetz und DSL Anschluss. Und was soll ich sagen, der Treue Kunde durfte zusätzlich zu seinen Monatlichen Zahlungen schon wieder die Techniker Kosten von 59,90€ zahlen. Ich bin echt enttäuscht von 1&1, sonst hätte ich fünf Sterne gegeben. I was always quite happy with 1 & 1, fast line, good rates and the hotline could always help me if I had a problem. But I was already surprised at the first technician appointment with the high bill of the technician of 59,90 € for a quarter of an hour work very negative. But when I had been a customer for two years and had meanwhile booked one or the other, I was supposed to be a good and loyal customer. I am recently moved and therefore of course my landline and DSL connection. And what can I say, the loyal customer was allowed to pay in addition to his monthly payments again the technician costs of € 59.90. I am really disappointed with 1 & 1, otherwise I would have given five stars.

Nach durchweg schlechten Erfahrungen mit Mitarbeitern zahlreicher anderer Anbieter waren die Mitarbeiter von 1&1 in dieser Bilanz ein echter Lichtblick. Alle Daumen nach oben für den tollen Service! Competent, always friendly and customer-oriented support - and in an emergency also outside of the general opening hours. After consistently bad experiences with employees from numerous other providers, the employees of 1 & 1 were a real ray of hope on this balance sheet. All thumbs up for the great service!
k	kani fire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute bestellt, morgen da. Ha ha Selbst das Gerät kam erst nach 2 Wochen. Wie soll das gehen? Nach 6 Monaten hab ich aufgegeben! Ich empfehle alles, nur nicht 1&1. Am Ende musste ich 140 Euro für Techniker bezahlen. Immer noch kein inet. Voll der Witz Am Ordered today, delivered tomorrow. Haha Even the device only came after 2 weeks. How does that work? After 6 months I gave up! I recommend everything, just not 1 & 1. In the end, I had to pay 140 euros for technicians. Still no inet. Full of joke At the
