Absolut kompetente Bereichsleiter, nette Kolleginnen und Kollegen die sich bei Bedarf gegenseitig unterstützen.
Der Umgang mit den Kindern ist vorbildlich.
Very good youth welfare facility. I really enjoyed working there.
Absolutely competent department heads, nice colleagues who support each other as needed.
Dealing with the children is exemplary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut Mitarbeiterunfreundlich. Es herrscht eine regelrechte hierarchie und die wird dort auch deutlich ausgelebt. Mitarbeiter werden mit viel Druck/Angst gefügig gemacht. Sowas erwartet man nicht von solch einer Einrichtung. Ich kann natürlich nicht von allen Bereichsleitern sprechen sondern nur von denen, mit denen ich die bittere Erfahrung machen musste.
Absolutely unfriendly to employees. There is a real hierarchy and it is clearly lived out there. Employees are made compliant with a lot of pressure / fear. You don't expect something like that from such a facility. Of course, I cannot speak of all department heads, but only of those with whom I had the bitter experience.
