F	Frgsn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich warte nun seit August 2020 auf einen Therapiebeginn. angeblich wegen Corona nicht möglich, aber jeder Puff hat offen. Nun ist es Juli 2021, es gibt noch immer keine Infos. Auf meine Aussage hin, dass ich Zugang zu einer Waffe habe, die ich dann wohl alternativ nutzen kann um meinen Schmerzen ein Ende zu setzen wurde mir ein schönes Wochenende gewünscht. Kompetenz pur. I have been waiting for the start of therapy since August 2020. allegedly not possible due to Corona, but every brothel is open. Now it's July 2021, there is still no information. When I said that I have access to a weapon that I can then use as an alternative to put an end to my pain, I was wished for a nice weekend. Pure competence.
B	Bubi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute mit Angstattacken beim Hausarzt gewesen und dieser hatte mir empfohlen mich dort einzubinden.Ich hatte mich ohne Termin an der Information mit meiner Überweisung vorgestellt. Zu meiner Verwunderung bekam ich binnen weniger Minuten ein Gespräch mit einem Arzt.Er hat mir ein Medikament empfohlen und eine Liste mitgegeben bei welchen Adressen ich psychologische Begleitung bekommen kann.Er hat mir meine Probleme und die Herangehensweise genau erklärt und mir zugehört und meine Fragen beantwortet.Das alles hat mir erstmal sehr weitergeholfen. Ich bin dafür sehr dankbar. Today I went to the family doctor with anxiety attacks and he recommended me to involve me there. I presented myself to the information desk with my referral without an appointment. To my amazement, I had a conversation with a doctor within a few minutes. He recommended me a medication and gave me a list of addresses where I could get psychological support. He explained my problems and the approach to me in detail, listened to me and answered my questions All of this helped me a lot at first. I am very grateful for that.
E	Ema Yildirim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärzte in der LWL-Klinik Bochum sind respektlos gegenüber den Patienten und den Angehörigen und auch sehr unerfahren und unverantwortlich ich persönlich empfehele diese krankenhaus niemanden The doctors in the LWL-Klinik Bochum are disrespectful towards the patients and their relatives and also very inexperienced and irresponsible I personally do not recommend this hospital to anyone
P	Patrick Sellnow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuten im Knast geht es besser als die, die in der Klinik sind. Die meisten, die dort arbeiten verstehen das Konzept einer Traumatherapie nicht. Patienten, die da reingekommen, geht es hinterher noch schlechter als vorher. People in jail are better off than those in the clinic. Most of those who work there do not understand the concept of trauma therapy. Patients who come in there feel even worse afterwards than before.
M	Maria Baum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fürchterlich unfreundliches Personal. Solltet ihr Kontaktaufnahme zu der psychiatrischen Institutsambulanz planen, dann macht euch auf unfreundliche MFA‘s gefasst. Gerade im Psychiatrischen oder Psychotherapeutischen Bereich ist dies extrem traurig. Terribly unfriendly staff. If you plan to contact the psychiatric institute outpatient clinic, then be prepared for unfriendly MFA's. This is extremely sad, especially in the psychiatric or psychotherapeutic field.

Für Sie wohl noch zu wenig, denn Sie haben die so wieder nach Hause geschickt. Wann bekommt man in Ihrer Klinik Hilfe. Wenn man tot ist, kommt die Hilfe definitiv zu spät. Grenz schon an unterlassene Hilfeleistung. Bodenlose Frechheit. My daughter was there tonight as an emergency. She has suicidal thoughts and has been taking pills. Thank goodness not enough. Probably not enough for you, because you sent them home like this. When do you get help in your clinic. When you're dead, help definitely comes too late. Bordering on failure to provide assistance. Bottomless cheek.
C	Christisn Franz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also wahren mit meine Eltern da zum Gutachten habe mit mein 3 jährigen Sohn im Auto gesessen als es im zu kalt wurde haben wir das Auto angemacht und Heizung ! dadrauf kamen die Damen von Block D raus und baten uns das Auto ab zustellen weil sich die Raucher in unmittelbarer Nähe aufregten traurig aber wahr leider! So with my parents there for the report, I was sitting in the car with my 3-year-old son when it got too cold, we turned on the car and heated it! Then the ladies from Block D came out and asked us to park the car because the smokers in the immediate vicinity were upset, sad but true!

When I got there the dr wasn’t there and I wasn’t pencilled into her calendar, someone had forgot to make the appointment , so I had to reschedule another appointment that was for another waiting time of 4 weeks , when I finally saw the dr, I didn’t feel so confident but I made another appointment anyway, And the day before my appointment I sent an email to see if the appointment was so still going ahead and got no reply so the next day at 06:00 I cancelled my appointment as my appointment was at 08:15 and still no reply But received a phone call at midday , I didn’t answer . Update: I had received an email today stating that she ( the dr ) was off sick and someone else weeks have seen me . Yet that was what I had expected to happen only with no appointment. For it was a big waste of time . Especially living over an hour away to go there .
