★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik plaats deze review vanuit solidariteit met iedere particulier die besluit zijn woning/badkamer op te knappen.
Wij zijn in zee gegaan met M.C. Verhoef om onze badkamers en keuken te verbouwen. Dit project is halverwege gestopt wegens onvoldoende vertrouwen in de professionaliteit van M.C. Verhoef.
Er is toen 1 badkamer na vertraging, opgeleverd. Zowel tijdens de werkzaamheden en na de oplevering zijn er verschillende gebreken geconstateerd die M.C. Verhoef achteraf heeft hersteld. Helaas zijn niet alle herstelwerkzaamheden naar behoren uitgevoerd. Hiervoor zijn wij nog in een juridische procedure beland.
Kortom, veel geld en hoofdpijn. Ons advies: ga niet met deze aannemer in zee.
Mocht je toch besluiten om deze aannemer het voordeel van de twijfel te geven, let dan op het volgende:
- het aantal 'stel' posten in de offerte
- spreek vooraf af dat er geen meerwerk facturen zullen volgen. (Dit kan oplopen in de duizenden euro's)
- Maak op papier afspraken over een garantietermijn na oplevering werkzaamheden
- Laat de communicatie per mail verlopen zodat je alle afspraken kunt aantonen
- spreek geen finale kwijting af bij oplevering van de werkzaamheden, dit betekent letterlijk: garantie tot de deur.
 I am posting this review out of solidarity with every private person who decides to refurbish his home/bathroom.
We have teamed up with M.C. Need to renovate our bathrooms and kitchen. This project was stopped halfway through due to lack of confidence in the professionalism of M.C. Verhoef.
At that time 1 bathroom was delivered after a delay. During the work and after completion, various defects were found that M.C. Verhoef recovered afterwards. Unfortunately, not all repairs have been carried out properly. For this we have ended up in legal proceedings.
In short, a lot of money and headaches. Our advice: do not work with this contractor.
Should you nevertheless decide to give this contractor the benefit of the doubt, please note the following:
- the number of 'sets' items in the quotation
- agree in advance that no additional work invoices will follow. (This can run into the thousands of euros)
- Make agreements on paper about a warranty period after completion of the work
- Have the communication by e-mail so that you can demonstrate all agreements
- do not agree on a final discharge upon completion of the work, this literally means: guarantee to the door.
