★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost het nou echt zoveel geld om een paar nieuwe stickers met nummers op de gewichtblokjes te plakken? Ik zaag nog liever mijn rechtervoet af dan dat ik hier nog een voet binnen zet ! Schandalig dat deze sportschool bestaansrecht heeft ?! Vervang je materiaal eens !
 Does it really cost that much money to put a few new stickers with numbers on the weight cubes? I'd rather saw off my right foot than put another foot in here! Outrageous that this gym has the right to exist?! Replace your equipment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're great at taking money from your account, but terrible at communicating. You cannot call them, they ignore social media messages, and the live chat on their website (during office hours!) just says they're too busy right now and to try again later. So now I NEED to go into one of their Corona infested sweat-shops to cancel my subscription, or they'll take 100s of euros of my account for a service I don't want to use? Completely irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer beware!! Absolute nightmare customer service. Don't sign up, pay an extra €5 a month for another gym and avoid €100 in debt!! Never had such a bad, shady, spiteful and money hungry...ah. What a scam. Absolutely terrible.
No number you can call and endless chatbot talk unless you say some magic words. You only get a phone number when you're late on a payment, and then if you have a non-payment question they go ?♀️ "can't help you, talk to a chatbot"
The contract is all about skinning you and bleeding you dry, the customer service will lie about being able to cancel no problem. Let's all ignore the raging pandemic here :)
Absolute terrible, worst experience I've ever had. I'd rather pay more for a gym than ever do this months long ordeal again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tough to even book the gym which is close by to your home. There is no availability of old people to book there gym. All slots taken. Thank you Basic Fit you are doing a good job! Just cant wait for bigger gym gaint to come to NL.
Does anyone know of any other good gym ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service said. I can cancel my subscription at anytime but after 3 months I tried cancelling my membership because of i am sick due to covid. Basic fit says I should pay atleast a year Bcz of it contracts. This is unfair!
