★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there because it was the closest place to rent a bike from our hotel.
The guy that recieved us was unfriendly and we had to leave an ID and apart from this (you are abroad and you dont have identification if u have any problem) we needed to leave 100€ of deposit. Is it really necessary? Our visas were not valid dont know why.
We had returned the bike after 6 hours and we had payed for 24h.
We dont recommended and we are not going to repeat.
About the bikes, no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by the MacBike office today to ask if they had children's bikes. The woman in the shop had already locked the door (it was a few minutes before 6:00pm). On her way out of the store, we approached her to ask if they had children's bikes. She was so incredibly rude and dismissive that we immediately decided we would not return to the shop the next day. I'm sorry, but if this is the type of person who is working with customers in the shop than you should spend your money elsewhere. It has been hours and I am still rattled by how unkind this woman was.
