★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there, nobody around. Called him on his phone, nobody answered the first couple of times and when he did he seemed a bit annoyed that we tried to reach him. Open hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, it's 13:25 now, so it's not like we bothered him outside office hours, although his reply sounded like we did.
Guess we'll make an appointment the next time, if there will ever be a next time. Shame, cause it is around the corner from where I live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have brought my MacBook Pro twice now to MacJasper and he is incredibly efficient and precise in fixing problems, once i picked the computer back up the same day, and the second time, i came and left with the computer within a half hour. He is also extremely generous in trying to get you to fix the problem without having to come in or pay fee in first place, and his fees are best i have found in Amsterdam. If you live in Amsterdam this is THE Mac guy.
