★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero customer service from a bunch of rude con-artists, who sell laptops with hardware guarantee that doesn't cover hardware. Yes, I was confused too.
250 euros worse of, from choosing to deal with these jokers!
Do yourself a favour and find another place - really wish I had.
1 star rating is too high for this place, but I cannot choose 0.

I didn't remember the password but they have been able to retrieve all the data from the device!
Happy with the service - always helping out with a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a laptop and went to Pc Professionals. I explained what kind of laptop I wanted. They gave me great recommandations based on my interest. Furthermore, they never pushed me to buy anything but rather advised me to take my time and that I'm always welcome to come back if I had any further questions. Eventually I purchased a second hand laptop that functions like a new one and that I enjoy working every day! The people at Pc Professionals are very patient and put the customers first. Thank you for the wonderful service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my phone here to be repaired. To be honest, i wasn't feeling confident because my phone was absolutely destroyed and looked like nothing could bring it back to life. But the young guy who fixed it (I wish I could remember his name, but he was in his 20's and his name began with a J) is an absolute genius. It looks and works like a new phone again. I am so impressed by his skill and the quick turn around service, he sourced a new screen for it and fixed it in an hour. Shout out too to his friend from Somalia who I had a nice chat with while I was waiting. Thanks again guys, would recommend this shop to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a little screw for my M2 SSD card to be mounted on my mainboard. They patiently and very friendly helped me out. I walked away with a few differently sized screws and I did not even had to pay a penny. Very rare these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are total con men. If you get something repaired or buy something there, rest assured that they have used the cheapest and poorest quality materials available. Their goal is to have something work when it leaves the shop, if it breaks the next day, you’re on your own.
I brought my laptop in to have the keyboard replaced. They charged me €95 for a “genuine factory keyboard” and €50 for labor. They then spent €15 of that on a counterfeit keyboard which they installed. The keyboard started falling apart after a week. I brought it back to the shop and kept on getting told to come back another day. The owner happened to be in one of those days and he simply told me that it’s not his fault, he bought it from a bad seller, and I would have to pay for another replacement keyboard if I wanted it changed. After a while of ignoring my messages, I decided to write this review. Honestly, go somewhere else to get your repairs done. Even if it’s further away.
