Most bureaucratic system ever, worthless and as someone else has already demonstrated they don't want to help you after closing time. Weak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beantwoordt geen vragen [aan particulieren]. Erg jammer, maar er zijn gelukkig een hoop andere bedrijven met dezelfde producten en een veel betere service die ook vragen van particulieren beantwoorden. (Die particulier zou namelijk ook wel eens een bedrijf kunnen hebben.)
Does not answer questions [to individuals]. Very unfortunate, but fortunately there are a lot of other companies with the same products and a much better service that also answer questions from individuals. (That private individual may well have a business.)
