Tante Malee
In 1979 is Malee vanuit Thailand naar Nederland gekomen en niet heel veel later leerde zij Paul kennen. Koken is altijd de passie van Malee geweest. In de tijd dat zij nu in Nederland woont heeft zij bij verschillende restaurants gekookt in Den Haag en omstreken.
Toen er in 2005 een leuke locatie vrij kwam in Delft bedacht ze zich geen moment. Ze begon een eigen restaurant. Een lang gekoesterde wens van Malee werd werkelijkheid.
Het restaurant is inmiddels een begrip in Delft. Wanneer je bij Malee komt eten voelt het alsof je bij Paul en Malee thuis bent. Iedere gast wordt altijd hartverwarmend verwelkomd.

β β β β β Not worth the price. 5 menu: the tom yum soup was not good, didnt taste like what i have tried in thailand. The other dishes also didnt give us Thai flavour. Food was cold. I love Thai food and one of my favorite, but this restaurant very dissapointing.
The most important thing is, the service was really bad. Some people said that the owner was very kind, we saw her, but she did not come to us. Nothing special. The waitress was very rude and didnt smile at all.
We were a group of five, and we were there to have a conversation after the dinner, and she seemed didnt like us because we stayed for long. And they offered us the bill at the end, really? Even some people were still there eating. We were speechless when we heard her saying that.
After that, I heard that she talked about us behind the bar, i overheard it. Such a horrible service with nothing-special food.

β β β β β I love this place! There is a fixed menu, so you don't have to bother with choosing. The taste it's just wonderful. I don't like too spicy (hot) food and I find this level of spiciness just about perfect. I can feel it hot while still enjoying the taste fully. The menu itself offers a variety of different food. Difficult to stay disappointed.

Great service and great ambience - thanks so much .Really great food for reasonable price! We loved dinner, place and wonderful service! All 4 dishes

β β β β β We were here in 2014. Seeing so many Thai Restaurants, it's hard to stand out for restaurant. Maybe we were lucky that day, but this may have been the best Thai restaurant visit ever.
There's no menu to choose from, just a 4-course (?) meal, the same for everyone. Tables are shared with strangers, all very uncomplicated. But the food was outstanding. Even spices made fresh, and you get vegetables you normally don't like, and even those tasted very well. A real experience.
We visit Thai Restaurants all over the world. Whenever we are in another city, we give it a try ... we are quite critical with the stars, as we want to elevate the really best places.

β β β β β There is no menu, explanation or any indication what concept is on this restaurant besides angry owner who wants you to eat and go away as quick as possible.
Food is with fixed menu apperantly which you can't choose, but there could be at least something for drinks. So you can check what you are ordering and learn how much it is!
Anyway they are serving some variety of very small portion of food, if you can get full with that is good for you! Desert is the best part though, 4 little pineapple pieces.
I haven't been in such a bad place lately.

β β β β β This is the most visited restaurant. Food taste really great like home made. There is no menu at this restaurant it's just single dish out of the kitchen cooked my mama, mama is chef and she greets people personally and as Nick name we also call mama Thai. Tom yum talay soup with chicken, shrimp, Coconut is the best. Rice served with fish fry, chicken with nuts and beat plus veggies. It's simple and best. Right in the center of the delft at markt near by new church. A must try ?

β β β β β Comfy , tasty and warm Thai food corner where you feel at home with mom flavoured dishes. THERES NO MENU, food is made daily, usually come in 4 different sorts so youβll have what they brought freshly from markets. still thereβre several drinks that you can choose. Some extra dishes could be arranged but not all. Senior boss lady will come to greet you sometimes :)
Satisfied and left with full belly - always.
