On a cold November day, we had a cup of coffee here and a locally brewed beer. We ended up chatting the evening away... in the warm, welcoming atmosphere, we just didn't want to leave.

It is a new arrival and a great one. Even though we weren't guests of this beautiful boutique inn we enjoyed some home made gluwine at its bistrot. Can't wait to return and stay there.
K	Kristel Molly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't give 7 stars! De Vliegende Vos exceeds expectations, what a great find and addition to the city of Delft. Located on the beautiful Voldersgracht, this little inn with restaurant has 4 bedrooms and been completely restored to its former glory (this used to be an inn in the 1600's). My friend and I stayed in one of 2 rooms located on the topfloor; ours overlooked the Voldersgracht. The rooms is beautiful, with wooden beams running across the entire roof. The amenities are modern, but the whole look and feel of the room is from yesteryear, without it smelling that way. And that's a good thing. We just stood there for about 30 minutes, taking the room in; it's done up so nice! And honestly, the matras is supercomfortable. Although the belltower was practically next to our room, it was not at all annoying. We also enjoyed our dinner at De Vliegende Vos. Christiaan and his team made sure, we had a great meal and stopped at nothing to give us a great experience! We chatted until almost 01.00AM; luckily our room was only 2 flights of stairs up. We slept like babies that night. Christiaan and team, thank you so very much for your hospitality and service! We will be back again!!
B	Brantly Womack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if you can't book one of the hotel's few rooms, the restaurant is a must for a Delft-authentic experience. The owner and chef are dedicated to the quality and tastiness of their offerings as well as to their authenticity. Vermeer was happy here!

Scottish Night is a monthly highlight, every last Saturday of the month. Be sure to book your seat in time! Great experience to share with your friends. Currently they serve out freshly cooked, nutritious meals for a very reasonable price. Chef Rudolf is amazing at his craft. This Pearl of Delft (in the house where Vermeer was born) must be preserved during these times!! So everyone get your Captain's Dinner takeaway and share the word!
