Very unfriendly and/or impersonal staff. I have been to this particular location many times, especially on off-peak hours, and I always feel particularly unwelcome. Is it so hard to do service with a smile? Much less acknowledge the existence of your customers? Or when you do acknowledge me, do not give me a strangely deprecating look?

Wide variety of clothing items available. We found what we were looking for quickly and for a decent price. Unfortunately the staff was not helpful and quite rude, therefore only two stars. Would avoid if possible next time

If I could give 0 stars to this establishment, I gladly would. We visited the store yesterday, April 2, to urgently buy clothing for the funeral we had to attend today. We entered the store 16 minutes before closing time (at 5:44pm, closing time 6:00pm) aware of the fact that we had no more than 3 mins to browse and 5 minutes to try on. Upon entering the empty shop, we went browsing through the isles to pick up 5 items (did that in mich less than 5 minutes). We rushed to the changing rooms and there we were greeted with the nasty reminder that the store will be closing now. As we walked towards the changing room, another sales rep reminded us of the closing time. I realized they might be eager to get everyone out of the shop ASAP so I tried the clothes I picked for 2 minutes, gave the ones I selected to my boyfriend to pay (by that time YET another sales rep told us that the shop is closing) and changed to my own clothes. Upon leaving the changing room and doing my shoelaces, YET another sales rep came over to tell me that the shop is closed and annoyingly discussed with another colleague that there are customers in the store and thus they can’t perform their closing activities. I got extremely agitated because we had done our best to accommodate buying two items from their smelly shop in less than 7 minutes and were prone to such a rude and unprofessional staff. When we got downstairs to walk out of the shop, with still FIVE minutes before closing time, the shop doors were wide open and new customers were coming in. Nobody stopped them at the door. Nobody bagged at them. Moral of the story: Train your employees better. They communicate with humans. Stuff happens to humans. You don’t know what circumstances you’d meet them in. Be kind. My two cents: Not spending a penny in Mango ever again.

Extremely poor service. I wanted to buy a pair of trousers which were marked 35 euro, when I went to pay they scanned up as 40 euro. When I questioned this they said that head office had changed the prices and they hadn't got around to updating the prices marked on the clothing as they were understaffed. Right... Maybe start by talking to the FOUR staff who were 'working' at the fitting rooms and chatting to each other, rather than acknowledging or assisting any of the customers. I have double checked Dutch Consumer Laws, and no, you cannot try to make me pay more than what is marked. False advertising is your problem, not mine. Well done on breaking the law and being equally rude in the process, I won't be returning.
