β β β β β I left my bike on Friday morning for some maintenance issues about the brake and gears and collected it on the evening same day with all the functions taken care of. They have not only checked and fixed the gears & brakes, but also all other components and equipment had been checked. The shop has everything from accessories to bike clothes and bike components and prices are quite reasonable compared with other stores. It must definitely considered if you want to buy a bike with good price and proper service.

β β β β β I bought a pair of pedals from Mantel and after a couple of weeks they started making a terrible clicking noise. I returned the pedals but after three weeks Iβm still waiting for a response, let alone a replacement. I spoke to customer service who basically told me they cannot offer me any service or help in anyway.
I would recommend to stay away from this company.

β β β β β I love this shop and the employees in it! I bought a Tacx trainer few weeks ago and after I tried it at home I had some issues. The day after I went back to the store with the trainer and my bike to ask for help. Roel in particular, helped me to fix the issue, in my opinion he did more than what was expected from him in that specific situation. I believe that most of the people there, like Roel, are driven by passion that makes them very trustworthy.
Beside this, the shop has a very wide offer.
I really recommend this place!

β β β β β Large store with great selection of bikes. I am happy I came back to buy my bike here. First time around it was not that great, but now the service was amazing.
I was able to order the bike beforehand, check it out for size while there and the staff helped me to adjust the bike to my needs. All in all, great service and it didn't even take long.

β β β β β An awesome bike shop with a lot of different options from spare part to whole bikes with a diverse range of quality and price. And of course nice people around who will help you in case of questions or help.
And a nice riding route in the store which you can ride your chosen bike as much as you want to make sure that's what you really want to buy!

β β β β β Great cycle shop. They have a good selection of bikes and accessories. The staff was incredibly attentive and could answer all my questions . They also have an indoor track where you can test out the bikes.
Ordered a bike from them. It arrived home in good shape .
Overall, a good experience and very happy with the service their store provides.
But, one thing that quite annoyed me is that they put their store sticker on the bike before shipping it and it is very difficult to remove. I have been trying to scratch it off since two days and only done half way.
I would still recommend that you buy from them but request them not to put their sticker on it if it bothers you (like it bothers me).
