★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FLIPPIN’ GOOD CUISINE??? Bringing his roots from ‘de Betuwe’ (an area in the Netherlands known for its fruits) ?? to the table in Rotterdam. Dishes are traditonal, with a surprising twist ?➡️➡️
The menu is changing a lot so there’s always something new to try:
? Gorgonzola scones, basalmico icedrops ?
? Italian Burratta with peanut, ras el hanout, coconut and grapefruit. ?
? All parts of deer, prepared in all kinds of ways ?
? Ginger macaron with yogurt ice and black fruits. ?
The in house sommelier will guarantee a perfect wine ?? to accompanied with your dishes.
After a bad start during the beginning of the first lockdown ? Mara by Flipp can be classified as a restaurants that had no start, no end but just a middle (like many others). Despite that, it shows where ‘Betuuws’ perseverance can get you! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinner with two, took the five course menu, with wine pairing (half glasses). Food was good, not exceptional. Sea bass, cod, duck, peach dessert and cheeses. Just over 200EUR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our Lunch for our wedding here when it was still La Stanza. So we were quite surprised that it has changed owner and has been treated with a beautiful makeover.
It has been an evening with some great delights.
