Bovendien wordt de inhoud van de flessen die je wilt bijvullen afgerond naar beneden: 1,8kg wordt 1kg en 1,3kg wordt eveneens 1kg. Dat wil zeggen dat ze in dit geval 1,1kg achterover drukken of ze verhogen de kiloprijs met meer dan 14%. Is dat dan klantvriendelijk??
Reactie: "Ik ga hier niet over in discussie maar zal een kilo minder in rekening brengen."

De (ter zake niet deskundige) dame was zelfs niet bereid om mij te verwijzen naar een bedrijf dat op dat punt iets zou kunnen betekenen. Jammer..
Excellent company for the supply of gas (eg gas for camping). Poor help with questions about connection materials etc. (I needed a connection nipple for my gas barbecue). The (non-expert) lady was not even willing to refer me to a company that could help in that regard. Unfortunate..
