Die freundliche Dame am Telefon hat uns dazwischen geschoben. Super Service und sehr freundliches Personal. Diese Firma werde ich gerne weiter empfehlen. Mitarbeiter haben alles erklärt. Es lief problemlos. Termin wurde auch eingehalten. A leak had to be located with a camera in a rain downpipe. An appointment for this was possible within a few days. Employees explained everything. It went smoothly. The appointment was also kept.

Firma Lohan hat die Rohre überprüft und schnell erkannt, dass die Ursache nicht bei mir im Haus lag, sondern in einem Gulli bzw Schacht 10m vom Haus entfernt. Ein Pfropfen sass vor einer Rohröffnung im Schacht. Darauf muss man erstmal kommen. Die Ursache wurde schnell und kompetent erkannt. Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin konnte mir direkt einen Termin in 2 Stunden anbieten. Der Handwerker war pünktlich vor Ort, sehr freundlich und erfahren. Nach 1,5 h war das Problem behoben.
