My wife recently went here for a haircut and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and friendly staff. The team seemed to know many of their clients personally (which is quite unique in a big city). Also many of their clients were internationals but the hairdressers easily switched between Dutch and English. Prices are above average.

More expensive than I would usually go to, but it was worth it! He really listened to how I wanted it and was meticulous in the cut and styling.

My son decided to go there for hair colouring. `he requested a platinum blonde...well when the lady finished his hair was PINK..as I was present, I said this is not acceptable...the owner started to tell me that this is what he wanted...she was extremely impolite, and didn't show any signs of being sorry...called me rude as I expressed my disaprovall. They gave him some discount, but I believe this service should wave charge as well and most important- someone should deeply apologise...no one did. They have put bleach on this pink...which resulted in hair going to beige blond-what was definitely not his choice, but was better then pink.

If you're going to require your customers to come on time, make sure you are also on time when you do the service. Twice I came before, on time, that I had to wait for more than 10 minutes for the service to start. And those times I was late (one time I called in advance), your response is to never to book again. Not fair and terrible customer service.

I had my hair done from them today and I am so happy with the results. Anna is the hair stylist who did my hair, I asked for a short hair as my hair was breaking and it was getting more frizzy, she actually listened to me and gave my hair a good volume. Now it looks so beautiful and I can't stop twirling around ? Thankyou Anna and I will definitely come there often for all my haircuts?

I went today to maress to color correct my hair after a salon messed it up. I forgot to get the name of the woman who did my hair. She's amazing and really fixed my hair. She changed it from red/orange to more brunette. All the staff are super friendly and helping.

Kind and friendly staff. As for color service is over priced and does not deliver what is asked. Spent more than should for a half-head of highlights, to walk out with my hair looking nearly identical to how I walked in. Would not recommend, many other places with better results for this price. Shame.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hairdresser. I went there to get my blonde highlights touched up. When I came home I saw the disaster, the roots were much lighter and streaky and I had patches everywhere. It was unacceptable and I was ashamed to walk outside. I’ve contacted the salon and sent pictures so they’ve offered me an appointment to fix it. I was already quite nervous since my trust for them was completely gone. When I arrived they told me they would make my roots darker and add a lowlight so I wouldn’t be able to see the patches anymore. My whole hair turned out brown again- the opposite of what I’ve wanted. The worst part: it is extremely uneven und one side is obviously much darker than the other side. I’ve sent another email with new pictures asking for a refund and I’ve receive an extremely rude and unprofessional email back from the boss stating that I just wouldn’t know what I want. Clearly NOT patchy, different coloured hair and I’ve made it clear I wanted to stay blonde. I also wouldn’t have agreed to a darker root if they wouldn’t have messed my hair up before. The results are just unprofessional and very badly done. There was absolutely no sign of understanding or an apology, how can a hairdresser let me leave a salon like this and not agree that they completely messed up? I’ve consulted multiple hairdressers for a second opinion and everyone was completely shocked about the results of my appointments. End of the story: I have paid a lot of money so they could ruin my hair and now I have to pay even more somewhere else so a new hairdresser can fix what they have messed up. BTW, pictures speak louder than words! Update: after multiple emails they agreed to refund me at least half of the price
