★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This ijssalon had been our go to place for about 5 years anytime we’re in Den Haag city centre. I always thought their ijs was one of the best in Den Haag, but my recent experience really left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Today the weather was confusing: a bit of warm sun but also followed by strong wind and rain. While waiting for our parents to arrive at the ijssalon, me and my brother was waiting under their canopy because it was suddenly drizzling. Not long, the drizzle turned to windy rain.
Instead of inviting us (two potential costumers) in, the staff decided to rolled in the canopy that sheltered us from the rain, then closed the doors halfway behind us. This clearly rude service left me baffled, leading me to ask the staff whether they’re closing the shop already. They aren’t. The shop were still open for another two hours.
They deliberately left two (potential) customers under the windy rain.
I know the service sector in The Netherlands are not the best, but the service in Marinello IJssalon is definitely the worst.

I felt that I'm getting free ice cream. This not the first time but this time I didn't buy from them. The taste of the ice cream is good enough to buy again. Unfortunately, I won't buy from them any more.
Goodluck with there low quality of services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ijsjes in Den haag by far! Variety of flavors are exquisite and the staff is patient with a smile!
Recommend: Dark chocolate, mint chocolate (after-eight), cheesecake, oreo, Carmel toffee.
Will for sure be back for more and more!
