★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KFC I have seen sofar. Sorry to say but this place seems to hire the most unmotivated, unintelligent and impolite staff. Paying cash means you'll have to wait a long time before they take your order. Staff seems to accompany your entire order from start to finish without multitasking, except for chatting with colleagues. Don't get me wrong, I'm a frequent customer here. This place needs an adult manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had a problem here before but today I order through uber eats zinger burgers with popcorn chicken and spicy chicken I got my burgers not the usual way it was just bread and meat and sauce no vegetables that's usually in the burger im really upset about this order!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night I walked by this KFC and was shocked to see at least 3 mice running around the main hall. This is a clear sign of non-sanitary conditions in this place, so I want to warn people against coming here in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a shame that the staff including manager lack so much of customer service skill.
I ordered from the self service machine and realised after paying that I could have ordered a menu which was cheaper and had all the other extra stuff. The order wasn’t even ready when I asked if I could change and they said no because I had ordered from the self service machine instead of in the till. Useless manager and very unfriendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t like that they didn’t have the meals i used to have in Hungary, Grander box for example, and also the order took pretty long time, and although that I ordered to eat in, it came as a take out.
The toilet is for 70 cent although that I ordered there.
The burger wasn’t the best I had from KFC, but the fries were really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to wait for more than 20 min in line to order. They put someone at the checkout who clearly didn't know what they were doing and their colleagues didn't even try to help him.
Our order was nit very warm when we ate. It was mediocre.
If you want good kfc I would recommend a different location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered for the first time. A family meal and a kid meal. When I got home I figured there are 6 sauces missing from my order. The packaging was messy and carelessly prepared. The staff were super slow and many orders were left for a long time to get cold. The staff were joking and talking to each other constantly and not really working. 5.4 € sauce was missing from my order. They're either super careless or they're stealing from the orders. Never thought I get that much disappointed from KFC.
