De medewerker was heel gastvrij en nam alle tijd ons voor te lichten over de ins en outs van hun product. We konden alle aanwezige stoeltypen zo lang als we wensten uitproberen. Na uiteindelijk onze keus te hebben bepaald, mede dankzij het deskundig advies dat we kregen, werd onze bestelling opgenomen; heel coulant zonder de verplichting van een aanbetaling, wat ons vertrouwen in de winkel alleen maar vergrootte. De levering verliep voorspoedig en een korte vertraging in het proces werd keurig doorgegeven. Nadat de stoel eenmaal door het bedrijf bij ons thuis was geïnstalleerd, heeft de A'damse vestiging van de firma na twee weken nog uitgebreid navraag gedaan over onze tevredenheid en eventuele problemen; al onze vragen werden bevredigend beantwoord. Kortom, een neringdoende om veilig mee in zee te gaan! We, a couple of 60+, visited the TotalSeat branch in A'dam in March 2021, after having found this company on the internet, looking for a massage chair. The employee was very hospitable and took all the time to inform us about the ins and outs of their product. We were able to try out all available seat types for as long as we wanted. After finally making our choice, thanks in part to the expert advice we received, our order was taken; very lenient without the obligation of a deposit, which only increased our confidence in the store. The delivery went smoothly and a short delay in the process was passed on nicely. After the chair had been installed at our home by the company, the company's Amsterdam branch made extensive inquiries about our satisfaction and possible problems after two weeks; all our questions were answered satisfactorily. In short, a trader to go to sea safely!

Het ontvangst was fijn, informeel en er werd ruim de tijd voor ons genomen, waarbij wij de diverse type massagestoelen in alle rust konden uitproberen. De uitleg omtrent de diverse type stoelen was duidelijk en ook hier werd ruim de tijd voor genomen. Op geen enkel moment heb ik druk tot kopen ervaren, wat ik persoonlijk erg belangrijk vind. Uiteindelijk zijn wij uitgekomen op het type Cervo. Een echte aanrader!! Bij de aankoop van een volgende stoel komen wij zeker weer terug bij de Relax Lounge! The explanation about the various types of chairs was clear and ample time was also taken for this. At no point did I experience any pressure to buy, which I personally find very important. In the end we arrived at the Cervo type. Highly recommended!! When purchasing a next chair, we will definitely come back to the Relax Lounge!
